Workshop #2

Cooperation in crises

Anyone who deals with challenging virtual team situations and would like to refine and expand the range of tools for handling them. Based on brief overviews, typical situations that make teamwork difficult are played out, analyzed, and used as a basis for developing alternative courses of action. The focus is on dealing with stress, handling conflicts, expanding one's communication potential, and developing appropriate attitudes. This workshop is designed as a follow-up module to Workshop #1. In justified individual cases and after prior consultation, Workshop #2 can also be attended directly.
