Dealing with uncertainty
Anyone who regularly works in teams and has to make decisions even though the data is often incomplete and time is short. If you find yourself in such a role and would like to become more aware of certain important aspects of your team-related behavior in order to be able to adapt it more flexibly to situational needs, then this workshop is right for you. This workshop is designed as a basic module for Workshop #2.
