Experience challenges in a team and resolve conflicts better.
coopartner - Coaching with Fred Malich

# What makes coopartner different?

coopartner brings in experience from different worlds. Cooperation in companies and interest groups, teamwork, occupational psychology, mediation - that's where we are at home. Multilingual and virtual, if necessary.

coopartner works on the basis of evidence. So we don't promise miracles. But we are able to point out significant correlations.

coopartner represents an active learning approach. Objective requirements, subjective skills and interests as well as actual interactions determine the quality of results. We use workshops to ensure optimized fits.
